Whether you’re interested in honing your craft as a triple threat in Theatre Workshop, hope to lengthen your lines in ballet, or explore the method of creating dances in our choreography class, the SPRING LAKE THEATRE & DANCE ACADEMY is where you’ll want to spend your summer!

 

Our community of kind, eager students and talented, professional faculty come together to inspire, encourage and learn from one another. Our multifunctional facility is one-of-a-kind, as it houses two studios AND it’s very own theatre.

 

Our Summer Theatre Workshop Program allows students entering grades 2-9, divided in sections by age, to develop skills such as public speaking, engagement, confidence, cooperation and many more skills that are invaluable throughout the rest of their lives. Students meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am-1:00 pm for 6 weeks to work towards a full production on the Spring Lake stage with costumes, lights and sound.  Students are exposed to dance, drama and singing for musical theatre. Each class is divided up between one hour of voice, one hour of dance, and one hour of acting.

 

Our Summer Dance Program offers children ages 3-18 unique camps giving each student the opportunity for exponential growth, retention, challenges and fun! Offering a variety of classes from tap to jumps & turns, there is something for everyone's skill and schedule, challenging beginners and experienced dancers alike!  Each dance class runs for one week, meeting Monday through Friday for one hour each day.
