The Spring Lake Community House and Theatre was dedicated on July 4th, 1923. It was born out of the imagination and hopes of Mr. Oliver H. Brown. A philanthropist and former mayor of Spring Lake, Mr. Brown envisioned a place where his community could gather together to celebrate the arts in all their different disciplines. We are proud to say that we continue to further his vision one hundred years later. We have become the most well-known arts organization in our area. As we head into the next century of the Community House, we look forward to continuing to grow thanks to the generous support of the friends we have made along our journey.
