2020/2021 Dress Code & Required Items
Theatre Workshop: Students must have water, a binder, pencil and highlighter, the correct shoes and proper dance attire (see below) by the second week of class.
Dancers: Students should be prepared with water, correct shoes & attire for each class (see below) by the second week of class.
Theatre Workshop Grades 2-7: Leotards, leggings sweatpants, shirts, modest comfortable clothing. White or pink ballet shoes for girls, black jazz shoes for boys. NO JEANS. LEOTARDS MUST BE WORN UNDER ALL CLOTHING. Must have a three ring, hardcover binder, pencils and a highlighter.

Tap/Ballet Combination Classes: Dancers may wear any combination of black, white and pink including a leotard, skirt and white tights.
SHOES: White Capezio Daisy ballet slippers and White Capezio Jr. Tyette tap shoes
HAIR: Pulled back in a bun or ponytail
Tap/Ballet/Jazz Combination Classes: Dancers may wear any combination of black, white and pink including a leotard, skirt and tights. No pants or shorts.SHOES: White Capezio Daisy ballet slippers, White Capezio Jr. Tyette tap shoes and Tan Capezio EJ2 Caramel jazz shoes
HAIR: Pulled back in a bun or ponytail
Ballet/Pointe: Dancers must wear a black leotard and pink footed tights; no shorts allowed
SHOES: So Danca pink canvas slippers and/or professionally fitted and properly sewn pointe shoes
HAIR: Neat ballet bun secured with either a bun shaper, hair net, or bun cover
Tap: Dancers must wear a leotard and black or tan tights with optional dance shorts or leggings
SHOES: Capezio Fluid tan tap shoe
HAIR: Pulled back in a bun or ponytail
Jazz: Dancers must wear a leotard and black or tan tights with optional dance shorts or leggings
SHOES: Capezio EJ2 caramel shoe
HAIR: Pulled back in a bun or ponytail
Lyrical: Dancers must wear a leotard and stirrup tights
SHOES: Capezio leather Pirouette 1/2 shoe.
HAIR: Pulled back in a bun or ponytail
Hip Hop: Dancers must wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing.
SHOES: Please choose a pair of sneakers that will live in your dance bag and be your hip hop shoes ONLY. We will be avoiding street shoes on the dance room floors as a way to prevent germs. We will decide on a color sneaker for your Spring Recital performance as it gets closer.
