1983 was the first year that SCROOGE was on our stage and there were no Christmas

lights or trees in the Community House, we had to build a set and many costumes were from our home closets. We reached out to our friends to be Angels and donate $250 each to help to bring the Community House to life at Christmas. The response was overwhelming. We haven’t looked back since. Everyone who walks through our doors at Christmastime understands the joy and magic inside these walls. Unfortunately, our stage will be bare this year. The lights and trees will still sparkle. The joy and magic still exist. We hope that as many of the friends we have made through the years will help us in any way you can. We know that the stage will be filled again as soon as we are sure that everyone is safe.
