Dear Friend of the Theatre,
The year 2008 marks a very special anniversary for the Spring Lake Theatre Company...our stage (as well as the rest of our building!) turns 85 years young and we couldn't be more proud of its rich history.
Many talented actors and actresses have "walked its boards" and many wonderful shows have been produced within its charming proscenium. However, it's the many audience members like you that make it all possible. Thanks to your continued patronage, support and enthusiasm for what we do, the Spring Lake Community House stage has remained a vibrant and thriving home to our theatre company. So from all of us at the
SLTC, and most especially on behalf of the building itself, we want to say a special thanks to you.
We are excited to bring you a season of special shows to mark this occasion - from the successful return of the original musical William's Dark Lady all the way to a few shows we have never mounted before, like the famous thriller Gaslight and the
wacky comedies Sylvia and The Producers...but of course what would an anniversary be without a little nostalgia, and for that we have past favorites like Oliver and Scrooge!
Join us in our celebrations by joining us for these wonderful productions...and as always, we will look for you "out there in the
dark."
